These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of occupiedclothing.com and purchases of products from Occupied Clothing. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract.
• Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Use of the Website

• Use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not attempt to interfere with site security, systems, or other users' access, or use automated tools to scrape or harvest data.

4. Products and Availability

• Product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and specifications are provided for guidance. Minor variations may occur due to display settings, lighting, or production batches.
• All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, refuse, or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Errors

• Prices are listed in INR and may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
• Despite our efforts, pricing or availability errors may occur. If an error is found, we will contact you with options to reconfirm or cancel the order. If we cannot reach you, the order may be canceled and any payment refunded.

6. Orders and Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt by email or on-page confirmation.
• Acceptance of your order occurs upon dispatch. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order prior to dispatch in cases including but not limited to payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

7. Payments

• Payments may be made via cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or Cash on Delivery (if available).
• All card and UPI transactions are processed by authorized payment partners. We do not store full card details.
• In case of payment failure or chargeback, orders may be canceled.

8. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship across serviceable PIN codes in India. Estimated delivery timelines and shipping fees (including any free-shipping thresholds) are displayed at checkout.
• Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via email/SMS. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, location, or unforeseen events.

9. Risk and Title

• Title and risk in the products pass to you upon delivery at the shipping address provided.
• Please inspect packages on delivery. Report damage, missing items, or tampering promptly as per the Delivery & Returns policy.

10. Cancellations

• Pre‑shipment cancellations are accepted; submit a request as soon as possible.
• Orders already dispatched cannot be canceled; use the returns process after delivery.

11. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns or size exchanges are accepted on unused, unwashed, unaltered items with original tags and packaging within the stated return window.
• Certain items (e.g., customized, final sale) may be non‑returnable.
• Refunds are processed after quality check via the original payment method for prepaid orders, or via bank transfer/store credit for COD orders, within standard processing timelines.

12. Size and Fit Guidance

• Size charts provide approximate measurements. Fit may vary by style and fabric.
• Natural tolerances in garment measurements and minimal color/shade differences may occur between batches.

13. Promotions, Coupons, and Credits

• Promotions, coupon codes, gift cards, and store credits are subject to individual terms including validity period, exclusions, minimum order values, and usage limits.
• Only one offer may apply per order unless explicitly stated.
• Misuse or suspicious activity may lead to offer withdrawal and order cancellation.

14. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD may be available in select locations and may attract a convenience fee.
• Repeated COD refusals, incomplete addresses, or suspicious behavior may result in order rejection or restriction of COD for the account.

15. User Content and Reviews

• By submitting reviews, photos, or comments, you grant a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and service improvement.
• Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading content.

16. Intellectual Property

• All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Occupied Clothing.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

• Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be a waiver of such right or provision.

29. Assignment

• You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

30. Entire Agreement

• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Delivery & Returns policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Occupied Clothing regarding the site and purchases.

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
